I`m going to be filing a form 1 on my Zastava M92 PAP and have a quick question.

When it ask for maker of the firearm do i put Zastava or CAI arms since they are the importer?

Also when i ask for caliber do i put 7.62x39 or just 7.62?

I`ve read more about people getting denied for their caliber being wrong as in the 7.62x39, i see most putting 7.62 but id like to hear some locals knowledge.

If anyone has a SBR M92 please post a picture so i can see some ideas LOL

Mine was originally submitted as Zastava, but had to be corrected to Century Arms International.

As to caliber, mine is an M85, so in 5.56x45, but the caliber the ATF wanted was 5.56 (no "x45" part). So the caliber should be 7.62 for yours.

As to what to do with it, here's mine:

That's interesting. I e-filed a Form 1 last Fall for a PAP M85NP (the version that uses AR mags) and filed it as Zastava as manufacturer and Serbia as Country and it went through fine.

Oh, and here's mine (top) along with my Krink ;)

Awesome guys I'm pretty pumped to finally have a NFA item plus I'm stoked to actually be able to enjoy shooting it with a little bit of accuracy.

I used Zastava and 7.62x39 on mine (paper form). The underfolder is probably more "correct" for a Yugo, but I like the side-folding triangular stock.

I should have my form 1 submitted by the end of the month for the same weapon. I like the look of the underfolding stock but it seems like the side folding triangle or Ace style would be more comfortable. :dunno:

Both the Triangle and the Underfolder are basically putting your face on a narrow metal bar (that's why you see a lot of people wrapping them in paracord, like Sling10mm's above).

If you want comfort, I'd go with a non-traditional AK stock, either an ACE or maybe just put an AR stock adapter on there. If you want the "authentic" AK look, you just get to put up with a little discomfort, comrade.

I LOVE my M92 SBR. I registered it as 7.62x39 and manufactured by CAI

AS for my stock, I decided on the US Machine Gun Modular Lite Buttstock. I like it because it is minimal, but also has a padded cheek weld.
