I feel your pain. Yesterday I walked into the Dick's Bodacious BBQ in downtown Indy, and was immediately informed that they were out of pork. Apparently the smoker broke down and there was a 24 hour delay before they would have more pork ready. First time I'd ever been in a BBQ place that had no pig.
