the best way to test sharpness is the "rhino test"

#1 give the knife to rhino
#2 wait for rhino too cut himself
#3 count the stitches

1 stitch=kids play knife
2 =paper cut
3-5 =kinda dull
5-7 =time to sharpen it
7-10= time to strop it
10+ now were talking a sharp blade!
