Was going to the Lafayette show but Tipton is on my way to my destination, Muncie where I'm headed this weekend. Anybody been there? Is it better than the Lafayette show? Never been to either one.

I've never been to the Lafayette show but the Tipton show is pretty heavy with old military stuff vs. the kind of things I'm usually looking for. I went last year but am not planning on going back.

The last time I was at Lafayette----it was more flea market than gun show---

To date I have never seen beaded purses and perfume for sale at Tipton(2 room show)-------and yes,I have seen those items for sale at other local(central In.)gun? shows.

As a bonus at Tipton---they have great food---reasonable

I guess which show you go to depends on what you like. If you like black guns, new stuff and lots of junk head for Lafayette. I find Lafayette dark as a dungeon, overpriced and full of flea market crap. Tipton is old stuff and no flea market stuff in sight. To me, Tipton hands down.
