SIG 516 SBR Availability

Anyone know if SIG has put into production any of the short barreled 516 rifles yet? I haven't seen them or have any ideas on their pricing.

SIG516 PDW : 7" barrel. personal defense weapon
SIG516 CQB : 10" barrel.
SIG516 CARBINE : 14.5" barrel.

I have seen SIG 516 MG uppers for sale on Sturm. In the listing, the seller claimed they'd work on RR M16 lower and he had different sized barrels. From that I take that they are available for LE but probably not to individuals directly unless you can find a dealer willing to sell you one.
