Sig Magazine conundrum

Flame, troll, and otherwise berate me I don't care but this has been bothering me. I have never seen this stamping on any of my other weapons magazines or at all period anyway. Check this picture out

This. The message means nothing these days. You haven't broken any laws.

Sometimes you will also see this message on AR-15s.

I was pretty sure I was okay just thought it odd because I honestly have never seen this before and then I thought about the fact that it is over 10 rounds and the date and things started to make sense somewhat.

Not necessarily. I have some mags made post ban that still have that statement on them. It's not necessarily a ban-era mag, but either way that statement is meaningless since 2004.
