This is how my single point sling attaches to my AR now

There is a buckle release on the sling up by the shoulder but im looking for some sort of attachment/extension so that there is a release closer to the rifle That my sling can attach to. Im sure it would be easier to just get a new sling but id rather avoid that

Thats really the best way I can think to explain it. Hope someone can decipher my meaning. Thanks

I use an MI heavy duty QD sling mount on my .458. I like it a lot. It didn't fit perfect on my commercial buffer extension tube so I swapped the gun over to a mil spec tube.

I only paid $35 at an Indy 1500 and I'd love to find another one at that price somewhere.

You're looking for a detachable mount like this? It might be cheaper to get another sling than it would be to get something like shown above. If you really want to keep your sling, that above mount is the way to go.

The above single point sling is for sale in the classifieds. Sorry, I just couldn't let the opportunity pass. ;)

    +1 for urban ert!

They are easy to convert into different style slings and they have simple releases too. PLUS they are made in Indiana. Cant beat that.
