I just paid my site supporter by paypal and I expected the site to allow me to leave a message. I didnt see a msg block so-

I think he thought he would get to leave his INGO name with the PayPal payment but he didn't get the opportunity to do that when he paid. So he made the thread to do the username to PayPal address mapping.

I bet that things worked out ok because he has the supporter banner. I assume he believe that the process wasn't as automated as it is.

He doesn't need to leave his e-mail address. If he donated through the automated tool in his UserCP, then it's already tied to his account.
