    I'm impressed with your consistency these last couple of knives !!! Your bevel lines are fantastic.
    I am also going to use a Walnut(spalted) for my slicer.

    Thanks everyone. I actually cracked the Koa scales I had planned for this one. So it became a Walnut slicer instead... Once the Oil hit the wood, my jaw dropped.
