Sloan Ditch Indianapolis

Anyone know anything about the Sloan ditch that is on the east side on 465 on the inner side? I'm interested in fishing it and didn't know if anyone has tried. Its very visible heading south on 465 towards 65 after the 74 exit. Ive seen people out there fishing before there are paths everywhere.

I have seen several people fishing there on many many many occasions. Not sure who they are (land owners or friends or ....) but it seems to be common.

Looking at Google Maps, I don't see an access road that doesn't traverse private property.

I know that is private land. It was for sale two years ago. I see people on four wheelers out there every now and then. I remember as a kid, driving down the tracks and parking and fishing in there. Of course, that was the mid to early 70's. It sits on 37 or 47 acres IIRC. I seen deer out there in the mornings.
