Does the OP have an update for us? Or anyone else have an update? This was a pretty good thread, largely waiting on better weather for both matches and practice sessions. I shot with guys from DCC yesterday, I thought they said they will have a 22 br match next Sunday. We had 21 entries yesterday at RCC Long Range Rimfire match.

We had an ARA benchrest meet today at Marion County Fish & Game. 16 shooters, mostly unlimited but had a few factory class guys as well. Wind was really tricky today and nobody scored all that well but had a good time anyway. Next meet at MCF&G is May 14.

There is an ARA meet at Wabash April 23. You can check ARA events here, just filter by state and month.

Hello all. I’m curious if anyone knows of any bench rest competitions for 22lr. My daughter loves shooting and I have been looking for just a simple bench rest competition to start with. If anyone has any information on something like this I would greatly appreciate. I have been looking around and mostly only can find multi positions, which will be fine with a bit more practice but if there is a bench rest class that would be best for now. Thanks !

I put on a benchrest steel match the 4th Sunday of every month starting in April through November. The location is at North Porter County Conservation Club our web site is npcccinc.com. The address is 927 North Calumet Ave, Chesterton, Indiana. Sign in starts at 8:00 am and match starts at 9:00.
