    Also remember that Kentucky has Constitutional carry, so she should be good to go till she gets a Kentucky license.....KY does require training though.. Knob Creek range offers a training class for, I think, $75

    So KY has a basic class requirement prior to issuing a LTCH ? Actually sounds like a good idea.
    Training and safety should be in the forefront.
