Also remember that Kentucky has Constitutional carry, so she should be good to go till she gets a Kentucky license.....KY does require training though.. Knob Creek range offers a training class for, I think, $75

So KY has a basic class requirement prior to issuing a LTCH ? Actually sounds like a good idea.

No rights violated, because you do not have to get the CCDW license. They have constitutional carry. If you do want to get a CCDW for out of state and purchasing reasons then you have to pass the test.
