It makes quick work of tough hand-sanding chores with this contour sander. With a wide variety of shapes and variable speeds, it provides smooth results on all kinds of materials. Great for deep curves, carvings, slats and more.
I've used this to follow up on pieces after scroll saw work.
It works great on wood or foam. It can be a little iffy on plastics, but with the right paper, and speed it works there too. Just test first.
This kit has 10 different contours plus the 2 diamonds. I have about 17 new sleeves they say R226, but in my opinion they feel more like 150. Sleeves and diamonds are available at Supergrit.
I only have one of the factory cut diamond sheets, but I normally use Shopsmith velcro backed film sheets, and cut them to size. I have enough in this set to cut 4) 80 grit pieces.
