Alright so as I understand it the reason 5.56 and other popular centerfire rifles are not allowed at MCFG is because the possibility of someone losing control or somehow shooting it to the sky and the possible suit from such a round causing damage. Why not a simple box like this? They could be built on a very low budget and I'm sure members would even donate them.
With the muzzle inside the box, the round wont be a liability and go into the berm.
