Hendricks co. wanted everyone to re-file a couple of years ago, because it was easier for them to start over than to clean their books properly. Plus, they could turn the screws on the people who don't pay attention.

When we first bought our home in 2005, I had to apply for our exemptions in person. Dumb...

    How about Hendricks County?

You can file online in Hendricks County.

We refinanced in mid November and was told by our title company that in Hendricks you could either file in person @ the Government in Danville or online.

Waited about 2 weeks to make sure that the title was recorded and file online, got confirmation about 3 days later.
