C'mon, you can't work at Starbucks and not be an Obama voter. They deserve to lose their hours, benefits and jobs.

Don't be fooled by this line of crap! It's really easy to be "brave" or "bold" in business when you are in a high-margin business like Starbuck's is. So I know the politicos love to hold up Starbucks as a poster-child for how well being "generous" to employees is. But it's not realistic.

How much competition does Starbucks have from low-wage virtually unregulated manufacturing operations in China? ZERO!
How much competition does Starbucks have from other suppliers? Not much, since they offer a "niche" product, premium coffee. Sure it's cheaper at McDonalds or Speedway but those don't really compete.

It's just not a one-size-fits-all situation the way Obama would like us all to believe, like oh yes, he's so experienced in business.
