Would someone who has NEVER shot in a competition be welcome in this match or is it geared more to experienced shooters?

How many magazines should be brought?
Would be using a Beretta 92. Never even watched one of these matches.

Is there opportunity to pick up brass at these events or should I shoot aluminum?

You can pick up brass after the match is over and tear down is completed as long as a competitor who is also a Riley member is present.
Otherwise you would not be able to get out of the gate.

Gary, What time do these matches usually wrap up? I've not shot steel at Riley before. And, if you run 2 guns, are they usually run at the same time, or do you go through the course twice.

    We normally finish around 2.
We do not allow dual wielding.
You only go through the 5 stages once. Most people shoot guns concurrently but are not required to.
Both guns will be shot on a particular stage while your squad is there.

Awesome day at RCC today. Training in 1 bay,5 stage steel match and the rifle range was being used all at once. The vision and work put in by RCC has made it one of the premier ranges in indiana
