STI at local shops?

Anybody know which local shops have STI pistols?

While Elmore's has the best local selection of 1911s, I don't think they are a stocking dealer of STIs. I remember a year or so back that ZX Guns was an STI dealer and you can typically find them at the 1500 a several times a year.

They only place I have been that had several in stock was Whittaker Guns down in Owensboro.

STI has a dedicated following, but they are hard to find in stock around here...that's for sure.

Blythe's Sport Shop in Valparaiso is stocking them now. Just picked up a Spartan from them. A little expensive, but usually will wheel and deal.

The last STI I purchased was from Shooters Connection. The last I checked on their website they were out of stock on most all their STI guns but since they are a distributor and one of the largest in the US they probably have more coming in any time. Prices are good and Chuck is great to work with.

last time I was at Seymours, Bite the Bullet on U.S. 31N, he had quite a few, But that was sometime ago.

Hopefully, we'll start seeing more of STI in the shops as their new President/CEO said at the SHOT show that they are also going to get in the carry/defense side a LOT more than they are now.

I know Target Sports in Sheridan carries STI. He usually has a decent stock and will order stuff pretty quick. He is really knowledgeable about their products and everything else in general. Number is (317) 758-5886.
