She was a special education teacher, after all. California, what a place!

A little background on the School District in question. (My wife is from Stockton and I grew up near there.) Lincoln School District is the well off area of Stockton. It would be the equivalent of Carmel in Indy. And yeah, this gal is nuts.

not that im saying what she did is right, but there is a huge difference between running a porn site, and buying some domains and hosting a site for a few hours. Her real stupidity was using the school computer.

Once again, the media uses the harshest extremes to pull readers in.

In all seriousness it was a laptop that "Perhaps" wasn't used to share info with the student's? In that case, who cares. It's a little different if it directly affected the students. Otherwise the worst thing she did was violate a school property use policy.
