That's sweet! I finished my 300BLK build a couple weeks ago (16"bbl) and IndyMonkey brought over a can for me to try with it. With my 150gr loads going 1800fps+ it was about as loud as a bolt action .22lr. Your subsonic loads are as quiet as the Hollywood portrayal of what a suppressed weapon sounds like!

I wish I could find someone with a 458 SOCOM suppressor so I could make up my mind on which way to go. There's SOOO much more power in a 458 subsonic (that I already own) vs a 300BLK. I hear the big bore don't silence near as well though.

I'm toying with the idea of putting a 300 on my soon to be chainsaw build() but want to know more about it first.


Also, anyone know where to buy bulk brass for these? And does reformed .223 brass have draw backs over factory brass? I would THINK it is thinner and wears out easier?
