    Anyone worried that if the AG can sanction CTD for price-gouging under this law, they could potentially sanction other firearms related businesses too? I'm honestly surprised price-gouging is punishable by law in Texas.

    Raising prices when an item is scarce is how a properly functioning marketplace allocates resources to those that need or want them the most. Government intervention to prevent that from happening should be abhorred, not celebrated.
