Here is my contribution. Savage Rascal with an extrended folding stock. Folds up to a smaller package. Have a space in the truck that it will fit. Fits my need for a small low cost "survival rifle".

Also made the scope mounting rail out of an old Ruger 10/22 rail.

We actually had 2 young guys come into BPS, looking for a back pack gun. They said they hike a lot and wanted a small compact rifle, looked at the 10/22 takedown, we didn't have a Badger, so they looked at the Rascal, and bought one, doesn't fold like yours, but they said they'd take it apart, or just let it stick out of the back pack. As an aside, because of Stupid Todd Youngs vote, these guys automatically got a delay...for a single shot .22!!!

I've owned a couple different AR-7 rifles. Neither rifle was reliable or very accurate. In fact, they were cursed throughout the times I owned them. Maybe Henry refined the design?

Can confirm, Henry improved them. Had a couple myself. Very reliable. Accuracy still hit N miss

Why not an AR7?

Simply cost, they are $300+ at BPS. I showed them one, but cost was deciding factor, $149 vs $300. Only one guy actually bought it.

Yikes! That trigger guard attachment sure looks like it will put a hurt on your trigger finger ... not to mention the rest of the atrocity.

But it is a Glock, so what else did one expect?
