I saw this 9-0 decision on merits and 5-4 regarding definition of "waters" in the geekier legal news. Guaranteed the language in the decision is going to resurface in the Bump Stock and Pistol Brace cases. Chucky calling SCOTUS rendering a 9-0 decision illegitimate with Ultra-MAGA Justices is the height of extreme hyperbole. He reminds me of main character in the Child's Play slasher movie franchise.

Someone could make their election campaign based solely on the need for term limits and show pictures of everyone of these life long parasites in the Senate and House. List the harm they have caused. Start w Shumer and Pelosy as the poster children.
