Uberti 1873 .357 magnum short lever action rifle with 24" octagonal barrel & case hardened frame
Selling for a retired friend who bought this Uberti new in 2019.
He put only 3 boxes through it & loves it, but is downsizing his inventory now.
Comes with hardcase.
The Winchester 1873 Rifle was called the “rifle that won the West.”
The Uberti's octagon barrel gives it an undeniably vintage look.
Side loading gate on the right side enables easy loading of the magazine and later topping off as needed.
There is a lock for the lever to prevent unwanted opening and a dust cover over the action.
It has a crescent butt plate, which aids in off-hand shooting.
The 8-pound overall weight is concentrated forward due to the heavy octagon barrel.
This makes it accurate in the off-hand position.
It is excellent for target shooting.
