I recently recieve my LTCH again, i let it expire sometime back and finally reapplied and all is good. The question i have is if I go out with my wife and into a bar, as long as there is no signs saying no firearms what would be the problem? IM not drinking so i don't see the problem with it. Any thoughts on this would be great thanks.....:rockwoot:

There is nothing in the Indiana statutes that addresses bars (or drinking, for that matter) and firearms. There is nothing in the Indiana statutes that addresses "no firearms" signs.

    Also:

Having a drink (or two) whilst carrying a firearm is NOT illegal here in Indiana as it may be in other states.

However, it may very well not be very smart at all to drink anything alcoholic while carrying.
