Victim in grizzly attack was shot by friend

Looking for what they thought was a wounded Black Bear, a Grizzly attacks and is shot dead. Unfortunately the attempt to save a friend ended tragically...

Bad all around. I'm also not sure how he could not tell it was a Grizzly (which are listed as Endangered Species according to the article) rather than a Black Bear. If he does not face charges on the shooting of his friend, I wonder if he will face any charges on wounding/killing an animal on the endangered species list (since he shot it before it started any kind of attack).

Accident, right. Shooter was probably porking the dead guys wife. I bet if they look closer, they will find traces of peanut butter and jelly in the dead guys pack. Not so odd....................
