WTS/WTT Waterloo rolling tool cabinet/chest combo

Have a new, never used and only recently unboxed and assembled Waterloo tool cabinet/chest combo model 426p3p for sale. Has keys and is fire engine red in color.
An uneeded gift from my employer but would make someone a nice outfit.
From my web searches this unit sells new for just under $200 .

Will consider trades of cheap guns ( 12ga break open single shot or 22 rimfire rifles/handguns or range type ( cheaper FMJ or lead bullet practice grade) FACTORY ammo in 9mm, 40S&W, 38sp or 30-30 hunting ammo.
