While loading .45 on my Lee Turret press I have pressed a primer in crooked into the primer pocket and it will not allow me to remove the loaded round from the shell holder. Any suggestions on how to remove this round without detonating the primer? Really don't want a round going off in my hand whil trying to force it out of the shell holder. Thanks in advance!

the last time that happened to me i pulled the bullet manually, destroys the bullet, maybe the casing, dump the powder and just turned the casing to sit on the neck and poped the primer by chisel... smushed it into the casing, but at least my shell holder is still kicking... haha, it's a "crude" method, but it worked for me... :twocents:

Turn the shell and press the primer into the pocket and keep doing it until it is far enough in there to remove the casing.
