    This might be a new congressional record. The gop announced they were doing away with earmarks and not 48 hours later Sen. Jon Kyl (r-AZ) grabs $200 million for an Indian tribe in his area. That's brazen and just goes to show that we can expect more of their high spending, government expansionist ways in the future. They'll get along splendidly with Mr. Obama in the future.

    Didn't you read the article? The Senator's office said it wasn't an earmark. His buddy from Arizona says its not an earmark. Therefore, it isn't an earmark. *POOF*

    I mean, according to the Senator from Arizona, the HAVE to do this or allow the courts to award settlements.
