This contraption is my dad's and is used for getting .358 sized bullets out of bees wax... What is it called? I am wanting one for 10mm bullets to shoot in my 40sw.

Basically a cutter. Cuts the lube around a boolit, saves gettiing it all over the hands, while tumble lubing.
Most are homemade, but I'm sure someone makes them, might try castboolits.com and do a search.

A die punch. Try leatherworking suppliers. You can make one pretty readily.

If you find a piece of tubing and sharpen one end it will work fine and the bullets will keep stacking inside. It is easy to pour them out.

I've seen it called a Lube Cutter. Always thought it was a funny sounding name.

I have seen these called cake cutters for cutting the cake of beeswax/bullet lube from around the bullet.
