What you can do with a old rifle crate

I took a old rifle crate that originally held 10 SKS rifles and converted it a chest for my wife to keep her nick nacks in.
Here is what it originally looked like, I sanded it stained it and then lined it with cedar planks.

WOW, that is beautiful! I love this kind of stuff. I'm curious to see what people come up with to use if for.

Obviously, it would make a good foot locker type thing. If you are into WW2 (or any collectible stuff) it would make a great storage for that kind of thing. (non-firearms stuff anyway)

Great job.. Where did you get the crate? I have an old 177mm crate that I found at a garage sale that I use as a foot locker for things in the garage.
