What's next?

I'm thinking we are about this >.< far from when the whole Zombies meme will "jump the shark" (Urban Dictionary: jump the shark). 5K Zombie Runs, special Zombie-branded ammo, Zombie sales at Sears, etc... How long until it implodes?

Surely there are other undead creatures that need some lovin'!

Never got into zombies much, and I'm way past the whole thing. I just think it's a euphemism for... something.

To be honest, I've found the whole zombie thing to be pretty stupid. I like the occasional zombie movie and Walking Dead is a pretty decent show, but beyond that I just don't get the obsession.

A year a go or so I was working post command at the police station. These two twenty-somethings walk in and just stand there. When I asked them if they needed anything, one of them asked me if the police department had a zombie plan. I started to laugh and the guy got really offended and told me he was serious. He felt it was important to have a plan of action in case of zombie invasion. I kicked him out of the lobby. Whenever I see zombie crap I think of that moron and it irritates me.
