Where is the cheapest and best place to buy ammo online?

I am looking to buy some Hornady 243 ammo. The cheapest place I can find is cheaper then dirt but I have heard a few bad things about them. I have never ordered ammo on line so can you please let me know who you have used and like to deal with.

I've ordered from Cheaper Than Dirt on many an occasion for .40 & .223 ammo. I've never had any issues. I never had to deal with their customer service for anything tho.
