    Just followed directions on pkg. said to cook @350 for 30 min per lb.
    Will keep closer eye on it next time thanks

    Not cooking today. Last night I made up some bbq sauce using Jack Daniels as a base (turned out really well) and made up a thing of meatballs. Woke up feeling like death today because of sinus problems. Only easy food for me today.

    i started the day with a batch of homemade cinn. rolls and this evening it will be some smoke chicken wings in moms homemade sauce that she gave me a quart of for xmas. but i have to admit, the briskit formerly mentioned sounds way better then my puney wings...
