Is it legal to use and carry Winchester Ranger ammo in 9mm? Just wondering if there was any laws againt it in Indiana.

You can use any ammo you want as long as it is not armor piercing that said any factory loaded hollow point would be a good choice.

If you were thinking of the "Law Enforcement Only" label, it's a company policy, not law. So if you can find someone to sell it to you, be it from overruns, overstock, departmental switch, etc. then you are good to go!
