    Looking for an upper...I would like a Bushmaster...I would like a flat top but neither is a must.

    Bolt, Charging Handle, etc is not needed but I will take if it is part of the deal...

    have you looked at Model 1 sales ?
    Good quality in my opinion
    I have a 24" varmint model from them that will shoot 3/4 at 100 yards
