    Don’t become bear poop !

I hope you don’t get sexually assaulted by a Bigfoot !

$10.00 beer that’s sweet what’s a steak dinner $500.00 ? I have visited SLC and don’t remember high prices. Guess the Mormons need some cash.

I'm heading up to Anchorage soon with the family. My third trip that way, first trip for my wife and kids. Even with a wild fire, Alaska is a beautiful place and a gift to visit. I'm jealous of your roadtrip and I look forward to hearing more about it.

    Prices for their buffet.

Couple more pictures of the lobby. Place reminds me of the 1930's classy hotel. Lots of guests and staff buzzing around here like leemers on meth. Maybe it's a Mormon thing?

Somehow, I missed the memo on the dress code. Sport coats, dress slacks, button down shirts, dresses, pencil skirts. It's like a 1960's role play convention. Everyone is dressed to the nine's. My wife would not approve of my choice in breakfast attire.

Stopping for the night in a Home Depot parking lot in Kelowna, B.C.

Not the greatest choice but we have been on the road since 7am and drove 530 miles. Also needed wiring supplies to fix the trailer brake wiring.

Here are some observations from today.

T-Mobile provides excellent service in Montana, Idaho and Washington. Verizon is very hit or miss. In Canada, Verizon jumps to 5G and great service.

Crossing the border was simple. Took only a few minutes. We were the only ones to pass through. Before you select which border crossing point, make sure you look up the operating hours.

Canadian road signs are very polite.

Coming up Highway 97 is a beautiful drive with lots of amenities. Okanagan Lake is beautiful. The towns around the lake reminds me of Florida.
