I don't think we are there yet with the electrics.
I'm all for advanced tech, in fact I want a space car.
The batteries seem to be a stumbling block.

UPS is in the process of switching to all electric trucks in California and scattering them around to hubs all over the nation.

Almost every day my wife tells of another UPS electric truck in flames somewhere.
Stop 'n go traffic seems to do something.

When I was a kid our dog did that. Was incessantly begging from mom while she was cutting up things for dinner, so she fed him a small piece of onion, which he wolfed down instantly like he usually did with treats.

He ran over to the water bowl and drank pretty much all of it, and then he barked at mom.

My daughter's little dog (mini golden-doodle) was begging for food while I was eating B-Dubs one day, so I gave her a piece of my Spicy Garlic boneless wing (saucy nuggs). She spit it out and went into a sneezing fit. The next time I offered her food, she growled at me.
