Same thought I have every time something like this happens as well.

Due to my job, I've been around most of the local pro-athletes quite a bit and I can tell you that roughly 50% of them partake in marijuana smoking while taking very very little effort to hide it at all (out downtown, smoking in their vehicle while driving, etc).

The pacer players are much more prevalent and obvious about it. The Colts do a better job of keeping it hidden or not doing it all.

What I don't understand is how any multi-millionaire could ever get a DUI, ever.

I think they get away with this in collage, because their "big man on campus" and our arrogane, beleiving that the coach will still bail the out.

Out here in Colorado if a broncos player was pulled over he would just show the cop his state issued marijuana medical card and all would be fine.

He is a 3rd string at best RB, he wont make much money. Well for pro sports anyway, a few hundred K for a handful of years.

That being said, its pot. Its not really that big of a deal imo. He got busted, will have to do whatever is asked of him, and maybe given the Colts stance on stuff like this may get fired. Who knows.

Remember right now no NFL players have a job. NOr does the leages drug testing program apply. Yes most likely he won't be a colt again but he has no job to test for drugs so he is OK as far as the league rules go because the no longer apply. He has been locked out.
