When it comes to expansion of police powers, Democrats are often the ones citing the civil liberty when Republicans are chanting for safety. Both sides support some liberty and trash other liberties." Why Ron Paul can beat Obama: He converts Democrats on war & civil liberty"
since when do dems like civil liberty? arent they the ones that continue to restrict us at every turn? sure they like gay marriage and abortion, but seriously this is the part of "we know whats best for everyone"

I'm going to write in a 3 headed president. Cain/Romney/Gingrich, they'll have equal share of the title and the stress of the job with 3 times the salary and 3 times the power. At this point, I firmly believe that these men are the only way to save this country. I understand they have different views and they may be in conflict quite often but if we back ALL of their ideas, we'll really be onto something.
Ron Paul is a disaster looking for a place to happen. He couldn't possibly be elected. The notion that Democrats would somehow flee Barack Hussein and vote for Ron Paul is, at best, naive. Assuming that he could carry more than a handful of states is again naive. He has a fringe following...nothing more. If he were magically President, both R's and D's in Congress would simply ignore him. They would override every veto he issued. He would quickly become the joke to all that he currently is to most of us.
Let's get over this Ron Paul fantasy as quickly as possible. Although he's no one's idea of what we want, Romney is the only GOP candidate left in the race (as of today) who can win in November. By default, we are all now Romney fans. There is no other way.

Independants decide elections, and right now they are looking at Ron Paul.

I do not understand why people still don't think Ron Paul stands a chance. If everybody who likes Paul who says that, would support him fully, his poll numbers would be even higher. I don't think he will win the Republican nomination, but he definitely has a good chance.
