That is disappointing. Did you use your SSN on the application?

I didn't know i could......i can do that? Either way, i cant to get this straighten out. I do not want to keep doing this every time i buy a gun. I want to get this taken care of once and for all!

dam govt trying to take my gun rights away......:xmad:

Knock on wood i havent been denied yet. I feel for you. But the past two or three times ive went to buy a gun they put me on a delay for 3-10 days. Very annoying. Does the PIN card completely eliminate this or just help? How much are one of these?

Get a UPIN and then you don't even have to mess with SSN. Will help greatly with delays/denials.

Wouldn't they both achieve the same goal? :dunno: Is there any reason to go through the trouble of getting a UPIN if you already have a SSN, besides the fear of the government obtaining your SSN, which they already have?

There are many, many happy republicans at gay parades, btw.

I know some of them and they usually dress up in drag, too.

    Got any warrants?

If you have a common name and did not provide SS# maybe they are mixing up the ID with another person.

Or they found out you have a lithium salt lick in your house.

I would have to surmise that someone out there with a similar name to yours is not a proper person.
My wife had this problem where we used to live. It was a credit issue when we were buying our first house. It took months to clear up. Your SSN should clear it up.
