I had a falling out with my long time gun dealer and have been casting around looking for a good place to buy guns for my habit!

First I bought a couple of guns from Ed Hirchy. He is fine if you back him into a corner on price before you go in but his is not the friendliest, help you find what you might like, kind of place.

I tried Freedom Arms then. I TRIED and TRIED to no avail. Never seemed like they had what I was looking for and the service to find and retrieve what I wanted was simply not there, so I gave up.

Sniperco, let's just say I have not had any good experiences to draw from there.

Tomlinsons is top notch but they have not had what I wanted or have been unable to get them.

This brings me to ZX Guns. I travel a bit for work so I stopped in there. Friendly, helpful, great selection, eager to find what you want. I agreed to check in on them at the FW Gun Show the next day. I took a buddy of mine with me. They had a S&W M&P15-22 with flash hider for only $419! I snatched it up as it was the only one they had and I have not seen them for less than $445 - $499. My buddy snatched up a Sig Sauer 22 Rifle which was similarly incredibly priced. Paperwork was tedious and took forever but they worked hard to get the backlog through. They were BUSY as hell so the backup was large.

I told them that I had never bought from them before bc I used to buy all my guns and accessories from another dealer that I fell out with. They were so pleased they gave me a ZX Guns t-shirt to wear around the show! I appreciated the thought but chose to not wear it at the show.

ZX Guns is growing fast for a multitude of reasons that others would be smart to emulate. Top notch store. I'll be back!

If you visit their retail store, be sure to read the hilarious letter from a gunshow promoter that declined to sell them any tables because the promoter was "unable to provide adequate security for the large number of people that would visit ZX's table" or something like that. Maybe someone from ZX could post the exact text.

I just joined and found this section, I just got an XD 9mm from them last week and it was the best price I could find around here. I live in Fort Wayne and checked out their prices online, then called to compare around here and found out it was well worth the drive up to Goshen.

The store isn't a massive showroom or anything, but they have a TON of inventory and the guys there were really nice to deal with. Answered all of my questions and got me exactly what I wanted. For me price will probably always be king, but they're definitely a store I'll go back to.

I own two pistols, both were purchased from zx guns. I travel about an hour to get there. Sure there are closer gun stores but they are good people with the best prices around. They are my lgs.

Nothing about business. He runs a decent shop. He divorced his wife and started dating a "girl" that is, um, unpleasant. He was difficult to be friends with anyway but with her, impossible. Not worth the trouble......

Thanks for all of the great feedback, it's great to hear happy customers. That means we are doing our jobs right. If there is anything we don't have in store, we added almost everything to our website.

We were kicked out of the Nappanee gun show. They sent me a letter and returned my payment for the next show. They stated that there was too big of a crowd around our tables. They said they don't have enough security to cover the crowd we cause. The letter they sent is posted on our board in the store. This was several years ago, we haven't looked back since.

Yeah, really appreciated the good service I got while I was in your shop. I can't remember the name of the guy who helped me, but his hand was in a cast, and made the whole thing really easy. I got the gun+4 boxes of ammo for the same price I could get just the gun for here in Fort Wayne. Currently looking for a revolver for the wife, we'll probably stop up somewhere in the next month.

I buy ALL my guns through these guys. They have the lowest prices for me. I go to other dealers at eh 1500 but no one can beat the prices that ZX gun offers me. I can call them on the phone and get a price and then call local shops in Indy and they are still the lowest. They offer a great selection, prices, attitude, knowledge, great service, and they listen to you. No matter how busy they are they are there for YOU.
Keep up the good guys and I really appreciate your fair prices and excellent service I just wish you were located closer to Indy.

They are usually doing guns shows on the weekend. The keep an accurate schedule on their website so you may want to check it the next time you plan your trip so you'll know ahead of time. If they're not doing a gun show, they will be open on Saturday.

I have nothing but great things to say about ZX. They are my new #1. About an hour away one way but worth the trip.

If anyone here has been to the Napanee show you know they don't have enough room there at the Borkholders. They hooked me up with my Walther at the Valpo show in 2011 for $80less than I could find online. Good store, great service and prices. I think my brother is addicted to their shop he's picked up 3 or 4 guns in the last 8-9 months.

Love this place! Their prices are the best around! I usually window shop at Midwest Gun Exchange but never buy because their customer service sucks! I have bought all my pistols and will continue to buy my small arms from ZX. Now...if they will only get that Ruger Super Alaskan .454 in I'll be a happy hoosier!

I had the radio on 95.3 this past weekend and their ads were on almost every break. They must have dropped a bunch on that buy.
