I stood up and spoke, but had to disarm before stepping onto the steps. I got video of everybody else speaking but forgot to hand the phone off to the wife to record me. D'oh.

I've got about 35 minutes of people speaking. I'll get it uploaded when I get home and settled.

It was a good turn out. A little cold but got to meet a lot of really great people. I was glad to see some media there. I had call RTV6 right before I left the house to make sure they were aware.

I saw Que get up to speak but could not hear him. I got to see from a distance a couple of the YouTube celebrities. Hopefully they will be posting videos from the rally.

Nice to meet everyone, I just hope someone took notice of the rally aside from pro gun supporters.

I would venture to say there were more than 147 INGO folks there. I saw and spoke to a lot of folks that I knew or at least recognized.
I just want to say the gun community has a GREAT asset in QUE. He is able to speak with great content and authority. I could feel a palpable change in the body language of the crowd when he started talking. I heard many people whisper to the person next to them something in the order of "THIS guy is a great public speaker", or "THIS is more the kind of guy I want representing a group of people I'm associated with".
I just want to go on record to say there were a LOT of good leaders there but Que really upped the bar.

Couldn't agree more! Que was very well-spoken, and I luckily got nearly a front row seat to it. Also got to meet Tim from Military Arms Channel and Cory and Erika. Doc, wish I would have known you were there, I would have liked to meet you as well. All in all, seemed like a good turnout. Thanks to all that were there supporting!

Well, just got home and I gotta say I'm really disappointed with the turn out today. There are over 18,000 members at this forum alone and I doubt if there were 180 people there today. Very sad. Thanks to those who attended though.

Huh??? 180 people total or 180 INGOers? It seemed like everyone I talked to knew of or was a part of INGO, and there were FAR, FAR more than 180 people at the rally.

RTV6 - Gun rights supporters rally downtown outside Indiana Statehouse - Local Story

Second Amendment supporters rally at Indiana Statehouse - 13 WTHR Indianapolis
WTHR sort of forgot the subject of the story 2 paragraghs in.
A lot of folks braved some rough weather (it was COLD!!) to let the lawmakers know how we stand on the 2nd amendment.
Horns were honked and thumbs up were received from:
    Folks in big trucks
    German car drivers
    Shelby Mustang dude
    People in trucks with lettering
    Greenfield school children
Most of the folks in the office building on the south side of the street

Got a thumbs down from ONE (yes, ONE) individual in the office building across the street. Hopefully her co-workers shame her for this.
