Really? I have never had a Mossberg, what happened? I have been trying to figure out whether I want a Rem 870 or Moss 500.

Depends what you're doing. The auto-bolt release on the 10/22 for example. I'm neither ham-fisted nor a bozo, and that's a rifle, not a pistol (unless we're discussing the Charger,) but that was a relatively easy fix.

Trigger jobs? Nah, I'll leave those to the guys who will fix it if they screw it up.

I was mainly thinking about the guys changing the angle of the feed ramp on their pistol.

Who needs to aim? The gun shop guys tell me that the bird shot will stop anyone in the house without aiming.
