Did you not read his post? He said depending on his response, he may report him. He also stated he gave him a friendly heads up on the law. If someone is blatantly violating the law, whether people agree with said law or not, they deserve to get in trouble for it. Let's compare that to INGO's own 50 post rule to join in the classifieds. If a person is going around contacting people who have items for sale and they themselves have say 23 posts and are being told "politely" by others to not violate the rules, but they do it anyways, then someone finally reports them, do they not deserve the consequences dealt to them by the Mods?

I work in law enforcement, I follow the law, and I expect people to do the same or face the consequences of their stupid actions. You feel that it will just magically right itself, but the fact of the matter is it will right itself thanks to other people fixing it. Congratulations on living the liberal code: "i don't don't have to do anything because someone else will do it for me, and then I'll ***** about it because I can't understand logical thinking".

Let me catch you in another thread talking about advising someone or personally calling the police for something and I'll call you a rat/snitch/commie/fed. You see, people don't end up in a police car in handcuffs with you standing there watching & celebrating how law-abiding you are because you contacted a moderator of a website. That happens when you contact the police. You don't "enforce the law", as you claim to be the type to do, by contacting a moderator of a website. You do it by contacting the police.
