Figure it's my turn to share. Built this...well assembled this about 2 weeks ago..first one I've ever done, and I think I'm an AR15 addict now.

Nice! What handguard and supressor are you using? I'm in the middle of figuring out what combo Im going to use on my build.

PSA PA-10. This is my second PA-10 build and just picked up this lower today. Think they finally have the trigger bug worked out. I put in a Geissele SSA-E and the bcg cycles without issues.

It's great to hear that the Geissele dropped in w/o having to mod it. I'd sworn off a PA-10 build till that was addressed.

Hmmmm......that looks almost like the SPR build I have in progress. Except I'll be running a Fortis Rev 12 rail. I see you have the Mega billet lower like mine and is that an AAC breakout muzzle comp? I got the breakout 51T comp on mine. Good looking blaster ya got there.

Here's mine in progress. Still waiting on the mega billet lower, buffer tube kit, magpul acs-l stock, spikes lpk, moe+ grip, and fortis rail

    build so far:
    Vltor MUR upper
    AIM nickel boron bcg
    BCM Gunfighter CH
Rainier Arms match 18" SPR barrel
Vortex viper 6.5x-20 44mm (thanks Alan from AA optics)
    AAC brakeout 51T
Will post pics of finished rifle soon

I absolutely wanted the SSA-E for this build and wasn't going to mod it myself. Would have sent it in to Geissele if needed but like you said, glad the issue was addressed. By the way, how do you like that bipod? Looks like an Atlas? I'm currently running the Harris and it's nice but more of an AR-15 than a 16 lb AR-10 bipod.

An SSA-E lives in mine, and it's the standard I use to judge triggers.

And, yes, that's an Atlas bipod. It's much sturdier than a Harris; no question. The question is "it worth the cost over a Harris?" My answer is that if you consistently load your bipod and use a bipod the way it is intended to be used, it's absolutely worth it. If you use a bipod to hold up the front of the gun, a Harris will be more than adequate (and a lot less expensive).

NyleRN, I'm a flash hider kinda guy, so it's a Blackout 51t. I have a Brakeout on a 16" but, truthfully, I don't notice a difference other than it's louder and spews a sideways figure 8 fireball. Which isn't all bad! :) I guess I'm not very recoil sensitive.

Those Rainier Match barrels are a helluva deal, I have a couple and I'm sure you'll be VERY pleased with it! Best bang for the buck as far as I know!

Is this a NOVESKE afghan barrel with switchblock? Looks awesome either way

I couldn't find anything but positive reviews on the rainier arms match barrels. And you're right, for the coin if they perform as advertised, then they are a deal for sure. I wanted to go with the seekins billet lower but couldn't find one in stock with the logo. So Mega got my money. Went with another timney competition 3lb single stage trigger for this build too. Got one in my recce build and for $185 I find it hard to beat.
