This is all pretty basic, so it is not meant to inform, butis meant to start an exchange of ideas about how I made a decision on aPresidential candidate amid all of the craziness. Perhaps you found other issuesthat lead you to your choice. How does one make an intelligent decision here? Your ideas please …

I won’t vote for Donald Trump, but he will get my vote. Neither candidate has shown themselves to be Presidential so how to decide? The overriding choice that I see is whether one wants a Globalist (Hillary) or a Nationalist (Donald) as our next President. All other issues are secondary at best.

In Hillary’s vision, a Global One World Order would assume ultimate command over all elements of governance. Yes, all current levels of government could continue to exist, but the reality would be that the path our country (and the world) would eventually follow would be determined by the World Government. Decisions which are currently made in Washington would be subject to review and possible rejection by the new higher authority. Actually, this New World authority could even bypass Washington completely in their determinations as it saw fit.

In Donald’s Nationalist vision, another layer of government is not wanted or needed. Donald would consider the interests of our Nation as primary, and will fight for those national interests when necessary. Obviously our current system of government is much more compatible with the Nationalist approach. It has served us well through wars and depression. We understand this approach and support (if always whole heartedly) this approach.

However, as outlined in this country’s founding documents, the individual is the arbitrator of their own life. Why then is there a need to surrender more and more of our lives to Washington? Our government was purposely set up to do a few specific things and all else was to be left to the states and the individual. This is where the tug-of-war existed since the nation was founded.

Now, in the last 20 years or so, the Globalists have surfaced with the idea that Nationalism needs to be replaced by something that is more accepting of other people, other ideas, other religions, other traditions, and the list goes on, and on. But the reality that is feared by many is that all of these things would ultimately be controlled by the Globalists, so these things will not be able to flourish as they can now. The end result would be one-world-order (i.e. we would all be the same).

Now that you know how I arrived at my decision. What will beguiding your own decision?

I am not asking how you will vote, but what your thoughts are in contemplating the decision. What is important in your decision?

    Thank you
    You're welcome.

    That's my primary answer. :)

I will walk in punch a straight GOP Ticket, and walk out. I may not like one or more of the specific people on a ballot, but in general I agree more with those in the GOP than I can with the Left.

I haven't backed off from voting for Al Bundy yet. But I have to admit that the Veritas videos are helping to create some significant space between Trump's and Clinton's character.

I have read the last chapter of the book and I know how this world will end.
I cannot stop it but I need not help it along.

I know how we got where we are and I know why many Americans have chosen Donald Trump.

Both political parties are full of traitors to the U.S. Constitution and many may not realize that they are.
It has even infected our Courts.

No! There are none without sin and Yes, it may be a choice of the lesser of two evils but I think Donald Trump has enough of an ego to do his best to fulfill his promises.
No! He is not a polished politician and that's why the Republican, American people chose him over all others to be their standard bearer in an effort to save their country.

As the saying goes, "The defanation of stupidity is, doing the same thing over and over and expectin a different result.

I said a long time ago that the problem with the Constitution is that there is no severe penalty for violating it as can be seen every night on the news.
The whole system has become corrupt because there is no way to stop it.
The framers (assumed) that the American people would rise up against it but they haven't (Yet).

I am duty bound to cast my ballot, as the founding of OUR Grand Republic has been set on such. As it is abominable in my mind to vote for the deceitful and treacherous Clinton, I find Trump a braggart and power-monger. They are both of the elitist cut and state that they know what is best for "We the people".Both are proponents of big government and are a lead-in for the further deterioration of the very foundation of the union of these states. I will not vote for Clinton and don't want to cast for Trump. We will see where my cast will play. I am an adorant of the Constitution and swore an oath to uphold and defend it. This being such, I will defend the fools choice in their ballot but will not stand and not be heard. To each, cast your ballot in the knowledge that we are in an inherent danger of utter destruction of what we live today. Veteran proud and duty bound, "One Man's Opinion!"

I cannot vote for a proven felon. Hillary admittedly broke at least this law 18 US Section 793 (f).

(f)Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

I don't want to vote for Trump but if not for him then I am allowing a felon to take office.

That's as simple as I can make it.

Trumps prospective list of supreme court nominees is about the only real bright spot for any of the candidates. Other than that they're all really bad.

Well, yeah, but is that what he really believes, or did he really mean it when he put his sister's name out there as a possible candidate? For all I know he asked his conservative consultants for a list of names that would make conservatives happy, and that's all the list means.

Still better than what I imagine Hillary's list to comprise of.

Where Trump is concerned, I console myself with the belief that God can achieve great things using imperfect (read: human) tools

My fear is that the lesson being offered is not a path to righteousness, but rather the meaning of 'the wages of sin ...'

    Still, Trump for the win

Trump is the ONLY option in my opinion. Several reasons come into play:
    1) He supports the 2nd amendment
    2) Has called for reduced government
    3) Supreme court justices
    4) Building a damn wall and stopping ILLEGAL immigration
    5) Wants to do away with Obummercare
    6) Not a carrer politician
    7) Has called for term limits
    8) Has not commited s@#tloads of crimes like Killary
    9) His actions have not caused deaths of American ambassadors
    9) Didnt laugh at getting a rapist off for his crimes
    10) Wasn't fired for unethical practices
I could go on and on, but hey "What difference does it make"

I believe Donald knows enough about politics to survive but not so much as to walk in day one and play the game. If the only thing he accomplishes is acting as a big broom stick tossed into the front spokes of the machine I will have considered my vote to be a resounding success.
