Clearly an attempt by the Brady Center to get some extensive pub in the media. The suit is frivolous and will not survive summary judgment.
While sacrificing legitimate businesses.

I guess they're not counting the shops down south that we're part of Holders debacle!?According to one report I read, KS&E is in the top 1% nationwide of stores that sold guns used in crimes. My experience there leads me to believe that they are stand-up guys, and I wish them the best. However, if that report is true, doesn't it seem odd that such a small shop would rank so high?
Source? No one is going to touch it. Don is just too powerful to take out. ATF has tried.
You've mentioned Bradis a couple times now, along with Dons. Do you have any proof either of these shops are selling to felons? Or is it just your opinion?East side of Indy. Right up Pendleton Pike and just east of I-465.
BTW, the next shop to be targeted is Bradis. Don is too politically connected to be touched, even though he does sell to felons.

Source?
If they wanted to, and had reason to, they could and would "take him out"!
from the OP article it appears that IMPD officer Runnels is the one who is suing not brady?

KS&E Sports was “ranked as the 34th top crime-gun seller in the nation from 1996-2000,” having sold at least 529 guns traced and recovered in crimes during that period, according to the lawsuit. About 90 percent of gun dealers in the U.S., the lawsuit says, sell no guns used in crimes.
Absolutely right. Maybe an INGO show of support at KS&E?While sacrificing legitimate businesses.
Everybody is talking about what a rough clientele KS&E has...... It's strange that I first went there on the advise of my employer, who is one of at least a dozen Carmel Indiana millionaires who buy from that shop. I have seen many scruffy-looking shoppers, but the people who are actually buying guns from them would surprise you. My boss is a tough looking little old man in grease stained jeans and a dirty white t-shirt. he is often seen rolling around on the shop floor under a truck or hip deep in cold slush and mud. In short, he looks like hell...... But I assure you that he is a prominent and influential millionaire. If you saw him in the gun shop you would say "Don't sell that homeless guy a gun!". Understand that he could buy the gun shop and throw everybody out of it.
Indiana Supreme Court decision released just now: http://www.in.gov/judiciary/opinions/pdf/04241701GS.pdf
We hold that Indiana Code section 34-12-3-3(2) is unambiguous and functions as a limitedimmunity statute that insulates KS&E from suits for “recovery of damages resulting from thecriminal or unlawful misuse of a firearm . . . by a third party.”
We (gun people) won.
Plain enough?
