According to one report I read, KS&E is in the top 1% nationwide of stores that sold guns used in crimes. My experience there leads me to believe that they are stand-up guys, and I wish them the best. However, if that report is true, doesn't it seem odd that such a small shop would rank so high?
I guess they're not counting the shops down south that we're part of Holders debacle!?

East side of Indy. Right up Pendleton Pike and just east of I-465.

BTW, the next shop to be targeted is Bradis. Don is too politically connected to be touched, even though he does sell to felons.
You've mentioned Bradis a couple times now, along with Dons. Do you have any proof either of these shops are selling to felons? Or is it just your opinion?
If you have information, please share.

If they wanted to, and had reason to, they could and would "take him out"!

They already tried. LOTS of straw purchases, and a significant amount of guns used in crimes up in chicago were from his store. I dont recall the numbers but the % of them really got my attention considering how far away from there we are. Reading the news stories about all of the charges and evidence, I was flabbergasted when he skated. I swear that man either has powerful people on his payroll, or incriminating photos of them (or both).

So visit KS&E located on Pendleton Pike near Post Road (Indy East Side), and buy something. He has had ammo recently, and some guns in the case.

Bradis is doing little wrong other than selling lots of guns. Because of that they show up as having guns having been used in crimes. If you sell a lot, some are going to find their way into the wrong hands.

Don's is in a worst neighborhood than KS&E. And far more of his sales seem to end up being used in crime.

What are we supposed to make of this part...

KS&E Sports was “ranked as the 34th top crime-gun seller in the nation from 1996-2000,” having sold at least 529 guns traced and recovered in crimes during that period, according to the lawsuit. About 90 percent of gun dealers in the U.S., the lawsuit says, sell no guns used in crimes.

So in a period ending almost 15 years ago a lot of guns they sold were used in crimes. How about, say from 2008-2012? What, no data yet? Takes 15 years to collect it? My guess is the number is down, doesn't fit someone's agenda, and is therefore, unavailable.

Oh, and the cop bringing this suit? No offense to our beloved INGO LEOs, but what a 169.jpg

I've lost interest in the Brady Bunch because they are totally anti firearm regardless of the situation. As far as KS & E is concerned... I better hurry up and get there while they are still in business. I want to buy a souvenir before they become famous.

Everybody is talking about what a rough clientele KS&E has...... It's strange that I first went there on the advise of my employer, who is one of at least a dozen Carmel Indiana millionaires who buy from that shop. I have seen many scruffy-looking shoppers, but the people who are actually buying guns from them would surprise you. My boss is a tough looking little old man in grease stained jeans and a dirty white t-shirt. he is often seen rolling around on the shop floor under a truck or hip deep in cold slush and mud. In short, he looks like hell...... But I assure you that he is a prominent and influential millionaire. If you saw him in the gun shop you would say "Don't sell that homeless guy a gun!". Understand that he could buy the gun shop and throw everybody out of it.

The left wants it so that only the rich democrats and college educated are gun owners. Not ghetto types or rednecks allowed self determination.

I guess should have stayed at a Holiday Inn last night. :):

We hold that Indiana Code section 34-12-3-3(2) is unambiguous and functions as a limitedimmunity statute that insulates KS&E from suits for “recovery of damages resulting from thecriminal or unlawful misuse of a firearm . . . by a third party.”

I'm assume this was the key decision?

Looks like the judges threw out everything except the public-nuisance part. I will leave how that turned out to those who understand legal speak better than me.
