We can't even get constitutional carry in a state governed by super majority republicans, with a republican governor without wailing and gnashing of teeth...can you imagine a national effort to make (what liberals would call) small, concealable, military grade, assault rifles, easier to get without a tax stamp? Even getting a safety device is met with predictions of blood in the streets--I don't see this law changing any time soon.

ATF has just reversed their position. It is now a return to their former opinion that shouldering a shoulder brace does not change the classification of a pistol to a rifle and that it is legal. Shoulder away boys! This is a win for gun rights and hopefully a sign of good things to come thanks to President Trump and pro second amendment AG Sessions!

when I hear gun owners on INGO or other places bashing shoulder braces it really shows how
weve lost so many rights in the first place and also who has helped the government take them from us. We need to push harder and not give in or just give up. Keep fighting for everything even if you personaly aren't gonna use a product. If the ATF is against it then you should be for it. The supreme law of the land says "shall not be infringed" and that is the only opinion that matters. Call and write your congressional representation and keep the momentum going! Every win is a win for us all and a win for freedom!

Braces and bumpfire stocks are a great F U to the ATF and the NFA. Everyone should em'brace' both of them, yes bumpfire or select fire are wastes of money, but tossing 30 rounds down range rapidly is a blast. A braced AR pistol has a slightly shorter LOP than an M4 stock which makes it great for your up and coming enthusiasts as well.
