If they aren't I'm in deep poop.
LIFETIME license going awayThey were, but since the lifetime license to carry is going away, I'm not so sure

LIFETIME license going away
Inside joke. Green tip is legal BUT most Indoor Gun Ranges don't want you to use them as the solid core will tear up some backstops pronto.
it is a lousy round for accuracy. I don't waste my time loading them. But they are totally legal. The 75 BTHP is very effective and accurate. That bullet is worth loading....

What twist and barrel length are you finding the 75 grain to be good in?

All of them. 1X7 1X8 1X9. It is a heavier 69. I use the same load data as a 69.
I don't waste a lot of time "working" up a load. I use exactly the same load in all my AR's. And I own more than one..
Barrel length is not relevant to accuracy.
They are legal.
Most of the above comments are references to inside jokes.
It's worth noting that they are not legal (or questionable at best) through a pistol, which would include AR pistols. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that's how it works.
From a rifle, they are fine.
Check any pertinent state hunting regs if using them elsewhere (generally NOT allowed for game except for varmints)
